Shank (Thor's Hammer)

This American Wagyu beef shank will be a conversation starter, for sure! Cut from the forearm and upper part of the rear legs, the shank is perfect for cooking long, low and slow. Braising this cut would be the perfect way to prepare it. The cooking liquid will turn the meat into melt-in-your mouth, tender bites of deliciousness.
