Returns Policy

We do our best at G4 Beef to serve our customers. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. Given the perishable nature of beef, we do not accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work to make you completely happy.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship to physical street addresses in the United States via UPS Priority Mail Express. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using frozen ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We currently ship orders out in the first half of the week. Orders received after that will be rolled to our next scheduled shipping day. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. G4 Beef values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies. You can contact us at any time to have your name removed from our Customer List.
