Osso Buco

Osso Buco may have a fancy name and look intimidating, but in fact it is just cross-cut from the shank of the animal and includes a marrow bone at its center. Cooking it low and slow allows that marrow time to infuse into the dish you are creating. It is rich in flavor and tender when cooked slowly! Enjoy.  (Dry Aged 30 days)
